Return and exchange

Changing your mind happens!

If your order hasn’t yet been processed, we can cancel your order free of charge. *

If for any reason you decide to cancel your purchase and the order has already been processed, you have two options:

  • We can take back the merchandise for a restocking fee equivalent to 19% of the purchase price and arrange transportation.
  • You can also go directly to one of our service center and return the goods to us in their original packaging in perfect condition to avoid transportation costs.

You have 10 consecutive days following the delivery of your order to benefit from this service. No exchange or refund is possible after this period.


* Please note that there is no refund possible for mattresses, box springs, mattress covers, pillows and bedding. Please see the "60 Night Trial" page for full details on the mattress exchange policy.

No exchange or refund will be accepted on items purchased during major promotions (15% and + discount) such as: Black Friday, Cyber ​​Monday, Boxing Day, price adjustment, etc. Demonstrators and Open Box items are also a final sale. 


Note: M2GO reserves the right to refuse the return request if the product does not comply with the return policy or fails the quality control.

Service and Warranty

We will replace or repair any part/item with a manufacturing defect. Please contact us by email at [email protected] and our team will respond promptly.

If you notice that one or more pieces are damaged, please wait until you receive the replacement parts to proceed with the assembly. This will ensure the quality of your product.

Please note that the warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts and components.
