General Terms & Conditions

When I make a purchase on m2go.ca, I agree to the sale contract and I understand the following terms and conditions. 

*Please note that there is no return or reimbursement for mattresses, boxsprings, mattress covers and bedding. Also, no return or reimbursement will be accepted for orders made during important promotions such as (more than 15% discount): Sample Sale, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, Price Match, etc.

 

Temporary Notice

Starting March 24, 2020, following the announcement by the Government of Quebec and Ontario, our two branches (Montreal and Longueuil) are closed, until May 29, 2020. All open orders will be delivered. Our delivery partners are applying special sanitary measures to ensure the safety of our customers and their employees. Until further notice, delivery teams will not enter your home. Please make sure you have the proper help to receive your order. The large volumes and additional security measures for employees - including the physical distance inside the facilities - mean that order processing takes longer. All of our suppliers are working very hard to maintain reasonable shipping lead time for customers while doing so responsibly.

 

Fedex Ground Delivery

Individual items weighing 151 lbs. or less are shipped via Fedex within 2 to 7 business days (add 1 to 2 additional business days for delivery to remote locations). You will be given a tracking number by email to track your order. FedEx will do up to 3 delivery attempts. Some packages might be heavy, make sure to have a friend with you. 

 

Appointment Home Delivery

For larger items, we offer an appointment home delivery service. We will contact you to book a delivery appointment (4-hour window) shortly after your order leaves the warehouse. Delivery will take place within a maximum of 10 business days after your purchase. This service includes a delivery in the first dry room.** Should you miss your delivery appointment, a 99$ fee will apply for a new delivery appointment. 

*Our delivery service does not reach certain regions. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that we are unable to ship.

**Some areas outside main cities might only include a curb drop delivery service. 

 

Return & Exchange

Temporary notice: Given the current situation caused by COVID-19 and the measures announced by the government, we will no longer carry out returns under the usual conditions. Please send us your return request by email at [email protected] so that we can add it to the waiting list. We will contact the clients concerned to find arrangements starting on May 25, 2020 unless there is a change in the directives of government authorities.

 

Changing your mind happens. If your order hasn’t yet been processed, we can cancel your order at no charge.*

If you change your mind about a purchase that has already been shipped, we can take back the merchandise and take care of transportation for a restocking fee equal to 19% of the purchase price. You can also return the merchandise for free directly at the store so long as it is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. You have up to 10 days (consecutive) following the delivery of your order to take advantage of this service. No exchange or reimbursement is possible after this period.

 

Service & Warranty

We are committed to offering your quality products. Should you encounter a problem with your purchase within the manufacturer’s warranty period, we will take all necessary actions to ensure your satisfaction. It is important to keep your purchase receipt in order to allow us to follow up on your warranty claims.
