1 Our Products
1.1 Where are your products made?

Most of our products are made here in Québec or in Canada. We pay special attention to where our products are made. We also have a selection of imported products. If you’d like to know exactly where a particular piece of furniture was made, please contact us!

1.2 Can colors and materials be customized?

All available colors and materials are shown on our website. If you have questions or can’t find what you’re looking for, don’t hesitate to contact us.

1.3 What is the warranty policy?

All of our products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. The guarantees offered are a minimum of one year. However, many products come with a 5-year warranty, and can go up to 10 years for some mattresses. The warranty periods are generally featured in the product description, however, if you are not looking for more information, please contact us. We are committed to repairing or replacing any manufacturing defect during the warranty period.

1.4 How can I be sure a specific piece will fit my home?

It’s important to make sure that your new furniture fits perfectly in your home. The dimensions of our products are shown on our website. Make sure you measure the room as well as all spaces leading to it, such as doorways, hallways and/or elevators to avoid any unpleasant surprises upon delivery. M2GO is not liable if a specific product does not fit your home.

1.5 Do you match prices of competitors?

We match the prices of Canadian competitors on any product. Read the conditions related to the price adjustment here. Please contact us to submit your request.

1.6 Do you make custom-made furniture?

We only offer the products displayed on our website. However, we can order custom office furniture for commercial requests. For more details, please contact us.

2 Orders and Shipping
2.1 Is shipping free?

We are happy to offer free shipping anywhere in Québec, Ontario and in the Maritimes*. If you are interested in shipping elsewhere in Canada, please contact us

*Our delivery service does not reach certain regions. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that we are unable to ship.

2.2 Can I track my delivery?

For a delivery with Fedex, a tracking number will be issued to you upon shipment and will allow you to track your order. For deliveries by appointment, you will be contacted by text to schedule your delivery. The day before your appointment, you will receive a call to confirm the time slot for your appointment. You will also be contacted approximately 1 hour before your delivery. To change your appointment or the shipping address, dial the number indicated in the appointment form.

2.3 How long until my order is delivered?

Individual items under 151lbs are shipped home via FedEx Ground within 2-7 business days *. A tracking number sent by email will allow you to track your order. FedEx will make up to 3 delivery attempts if you are not present when they pass. We advise you to be 2 people at the reception, as some packages can be heavy.

For larger items, we offer a home delivery service with an appointment. You will be contacted as soon as your item is shipped to set up an appointment. It takes a maximum of 10 working days for delivery. Items will be delivered to the room of your choice and will not be unpacked.

2.4 What happens if I miss my delivery appointment?

If you missed all 3 delivery attempts made by FedEx, we will contact you. If you miss your delivery appointment, the transport company will contact you to schedule a new appointment. In the event of a missed delivery appointment, a charge of $ 99 will apply for a second delivery.

2.5 If I order more than one product, will they be delivered at the same time?

We cannot guarantee that all your items will be delivered at the same time. Indeed, it depends on the different manufacturers as well as the weight of the items (see delivery section). It is also possible to consolidate your order, please contact us for details.

2.6 What should I do if the merchandise I receive is damaged?

If you detect any breakage or irregularities at the time of delivery, make sure you contact us within 48 hours following the delivery of your merchandise.

2.7 Can I change the delivery address?

If you need to change the delivery address, it is important that you contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. If the delivery is already on the way, additional fees may apply.

2.8 Can I be delivered later?

Yes, it is possible to choose a later date for delivery. In order to have it delivered from a specific date, please indicate it in the "delivery instructions" box when placing your order. You can also contact us.

2.9 Can I choose my delivery date in advance?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to determine a delivery date in advance. You will know the date of your delivery when the tracking number is issued, or when you will be contacted to set a date for a delivery appointment. It is also possible to have it delivered to you at a later date by entering in the “remarks” box the date from which you wish to have it delivered.

3 Return and Service
3.1 Can I return an item?

If, for any reason, you decide to cancel your purchase after the order has already been shipped, you have two options. We can take back the merchandise for a 19% restocking fee transportation included. If you want to avoid the fees, you can come directly to one of our service centers and return the goods to us, in their original packaging in perfect condition. You have 10 consecutive days following the delivery of your order to benefit from this service under certain conditions. No exchange or refund is possible after this period.

3.2 What if I find a manufacturing defect?

Don't worry, every problem has its solution! We and our suppliers undertake to repair, replace or change any defective part.

4 The Service Center
4.1 Where are you located?

We are a mainly online store. This means that our location is not a traditional department store. Our service center is located in the heart of the Old Longueuil.

4.2 Is there furniture on display at the store?

Our service center is not a traditional furniture store. You will find some demonstrators, samples of colors and materials as well as valuable advice from our team to complement your online shopping experience.


4.3 Can I come and try a mattress?

Yes, our full selection of mattresses are available at our service center so you can try them out and get advice from our experts.

We offer personalized service for all business requests. For quotes and discounts related to your project, please contact us.

5.2 Do you have programs for designers?
